Within Australia: Shipping will be sent via Australia Express Post. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days.
Free domestic shipping on orders over $50AUD. For orders under $50AUD shipping will cost: EXPRESS $8
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING WORLD WIDE?
Free international shipping on orders over $150AUD (to certain countries)
For orders under $150AUD standard shipping flat rate $10 AUD For DHL ecommerce or DHL EXPRESS (cost depends on country)
International Shipping: We ship to all international destinations please note for some countries eg North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Israel, Cuba or Middle East the only option for shipping is DHL EXPRESS.
DHL EXPRESS 2-5 DAYS
International delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks.
But can take up to 6 weeks depending on local postal service efficiency.
Any package that is deemed missing by DHL ecommerce will be eligible for a refund.
Any package scanning as "Delivered" will not be eligible for a refund.
DHL ecommerce is a specialised postal service which begins with DHL but when arriving to your country the package is passed onto your local postal system so it is best to follow up packages using your tracking number at your local post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GAVE ISIDORA THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please provide accurate details at the time of making your purchase. Please be aware that you must enter a correct delivery/shipping address and delivery/shipping instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter a wrong address, Isidora The Label is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
If you did not receive a tracking number please email email@example.com.
If you have not received your order within 4 weeks, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Isidora The Label.
